30% Have a Maxed Card

Dollar General working with a US Credit Card providers analyzed that currently in the United States 1 in 3 citizens have at least one credit card that is not fully maxed out at limit and these ‘limit up’ cards can no longer be used to finance purchase, and they are accumulating interest expenses at 24%.
