A coworker shared this mortgage coach to show realtors why a rate buy down has more impact than a price reduction. I like the last column with the expanded buyer pool. Has anyone done this in Lendsight? (sale price/credit are a bit high for most of my market so I need to figure out a way to recreate this to share with realtors.)
