A CRM for the Wealth Ecosystem

When building a Wealth Creation Ecosystem and managing multiple relationships per client, a typical CRM is extremely limited.

A typical CRM is great for managing transactions and the Settlement Service providers associated with that transaction…AND… I would love to find a tech solution that could also track the Advisor Team for each client, as well as the Advisor Team we are assembling around each partner.

Ie- for a client I would track who they use for the following, along with tracking if they would like a referral for a category, and if I referred them to an advisor.

  • Home/Auto Insurance Agent

  • Realtor

  • Builder + builder sales agent (if applicable on that transaction)

  • Life Insurance Agent

  • Financial Advisor

  • CPA

  • Estate Attorney

  • HR Contact

Over time, I’d love to be able to click on an advisor’s name and see how many clients I referred to them and how many clients they referred to me. If this could be displayed in terms of “Mortgages under Management” then that would be simple for me, although each advisor would have their own metric that would be more important to them.

And these advisor relationships are just that—relationships that often take months to mature and develop, and these happen more organically, than, say, calling 25 Realtors for leads every Monday between 9:30 and 11:00 am. As such, I’d love some sort of interactive database, where I could see almost an interactive mind map of the relationships, where the ones who sent me more business were larger and more green in the display, and if I clicked on a name, it would pull up the details of the clients (Name, Amount, Date referred or funded), and if I clicked on the clients’ name, it might pull up their Advisor Team. If I clicked on an Advisor’s name, it would zoom back to the Mindmap display. This would be even more awesome if I could click a few tabs on the top to filter the advisors for FA, CPA, EA, etc. Many times A Financial Advisor will also handle tax preparation or estate planning, so this would be helpful, as well as being able to click a button for which services they provide.

There are many people skilled in AI in this forum, so if you know a simpler way to put this info in an Excel sheet and import it into a free Ai data aggregator, that may be helpful.

Thanks in advance!
