Advertisement ideas

Hello. I’m thinking about running a half page ad in my local fair/rodeo program. I know there will be other mortgage lenders in there so obviously want to focus on my CLA distinction. Wondering who has done ads they wouldn’t mind sharing so I can get some good ideas?

Thanks in advance!
