Good 'system interrupt' for rate shoppers?

Does anyone have suggestions of good ‘system interrupts’ (oh wow, I never thought of that) for rate shoppers? So you are partially educating them and partially showing why they should want to keep working with you to make good decisions? IE showing them the idea of putting less down and investing, or showing them the choose your interest rate concept?
