How does the Fed's pivot affect FAs and their clients?

Since the BLS report last week, it seems like sentiment has shifted from hawkish to dovish.

Consumer sentiment changes when consumer’s emotions change. Fear to Greed and vice versa.

I’m now receiving Strike Rate alerts, having clients reach out to get requalified now that “rates are getting better”.

Question— how does the greater likelihood of Fed rate decreases directly affect a financial advisor and their clients? I’d like to more directly tie my world to the challenges they are solving for their clients, and am unclear what this may mean for them.

Thoughts?
