Otter.ai (And other note taking AI apps)

I’ve been playing around with these, and I’m starting to love them for client/partner consults. Otter.ai has a built-in AI feature you can ask it to summarize or recap the call. So I’m coming up with an outline of how I want my convos to go, but then prompts for it to then summarize my calls I can just copy and past into my CRM.

Example:

Please answer these questions

What concerns do they have about this process?

What concerns do they have about their finances?

Where do they think their income will be 5 years from now?

Where are their liquid funds coming from and how much?

Do they have a monthly budget or savings plan?

Do they have an estate plan?

What is their tax situation?

And it will literally line by line answer every question for me in a precise format that is far superior to anything I could have written down in the moment.

Anyway, just wanted to pass this on and see if anyone else has had any success with calls using it?
