Quick Check-In as I Check-Out

I’ll be out at the end of this week - Friday through next Tuesday—at my meditation retreat. I do this twice a year—six days without devices or access to the outside world with a group of people meditating, talking about life, and much more.

It is something I greatly encourage you all to consider: planned time away to recharge and refocus.

We had a great week in the chats. Please read the Thursday summary if you can’t stay aware of all that’s going on here. There is much to learn from each other.

The newsletter is prepped to go out on Friday, and I plan to give a workshop on dividend investing. Many of you have expressed interest in my philosophy and approach to building replacement income through investing.

I’ve had a great series of calls with Sora, and they’ve asked me to be on their advisory board. We have created a SLACK channel for communication, and they are working on bugs and enhancements based on all your feedback. They are very much committed to incorporating our thoughts and vision into their software solution, as it’s a win/win for their small internal group and for our growing community. Of note is that they are pitching their acquirer to partner with us for all advisor referrals outside of their licensing footprint, which could be a huge benefit for us as well.
