Realtor 1 Hr Financial Ed CE

Hi! So we’re working on a 1hr realtor financial education CE class (to help them manage money more successfully personally and for their business). My thought was to pull from the CALM course or the Realtor CE 2022 course but I’m struggling to decide what things to pick out or how to gauge timing.

Do you guys have any suggestions or something like this already built out for an hour presentation? I’ve searched through the circle community and things on the BS site as well (in case something didn’t make it over) but open to a few key things for us to focus on. Thank you!
