Short term bridge financing - private venture loan

Currently helping a client to source funding for below:

To fund the manufacturing of 50,000 units of a proprietary technology product, along with the associated intellectual property (IP) rights, for delivery to one of the fortune 500 client in South East Asia. Production will be carried out in Taiwan and is scheduled to be completed within 90 days.

Looking for 4.5M USD funding, fully paid back after 90 days of funding with 30% interest or more, open to negotiation on rate.
