The Underrated Google Review Power

My goal was to leave the review with the list agent before meeting for my break bread which is asking for a meeting when closing the transaction to show additional value. These agents have closed 80+ deals in the last 12 months. The responses are attached, and it’s underrated to say the least. It’s just the simple extra effort that sets you apart.

I’m also going through my 12 months past closing and leaving a review for the agent, using that as a warm introduction to set up a BB. I have already set up 2 meetings with agents that have closed 25+ deals this year.
