I just finished a Dave Savage interview and Jeremy Potter. He provided a great resource for your clients and referral partners as a value touch point. It’s called Incentifind. It can be supplied to your database, agents as a value bomb, or pre-approved buyers. You can search any property in the US to see if there are savings or programs that the home is eligible for. For example, I input my address, and it found tax incentive savings for my home.
