Insurance agents constantly recruiting

Hey all,

I am speaking to a lot of insurance agents selling life and annuities. But the conversation grinds to a halt because they are constantly trying to recruit me to join their company. It stops the conversation from being about helping their clients more effectively manage their liabilities and becomes trying to fend them off that I can’t work for every company. Any thoughts on how to prevent this?
