NEW CALCULATOR

I’m building a simple AIO calculator using a traditional HELOC as the first position. It’s taken a lot of noodling, but I should have it ready to share in a V1 draft this week. Would love those of you in this space to give me feedback on how it flows and what you might change.

One reason for this is a friend has created a new HELOC with a quick close (and there are others coming out) where we could market this in certain situations that lead to more conversations, etc.
