We're working on a big marketing project with Roccy DeFrancesco.

I've been trying to do something with him for years. He has a network of thousands and thousands of insurance agents and financial advisors that read his newsletter.

John and I are working on a marketing piece, pros and cons of reverse mortgages, with an article, and he's willing to share our book. His main request has been a simulator that he feels provides a fair and accurate look into net worth and things like that. He's a very tough cookie.

John and I have been working on a new version of a tool that we will use with him in our case studies so that he knows what we're using.

John's done a fantastic job of giving me feedback and checking it against his tools, and I'd love to share it with you guys to get your additional thoughts and feedback.

We merged Brady's shared spreadsheet with our HECM simulator and other HECM tools to try to create a simple foundational tool. Our goal here is to make this one simple to use and easy to compare various strategies, and very easy to use for future case study work with advisors.

Just as an FYI, he gave us three case studies that he ran through ChatGPT. I've run those through the simulator and got similar results, so would love to have you guys compare against the real-world examples.
