Question on the Reverse Mortgage Book

I was talking to Carl Spiteri this morning, and he shared that he had a couple of realtors reading the book, but one of them was now over age 65. She didn't like the idea that we're referring to that group as seniors.

In the book, we have the first group as: I’m The Senior

Then we use senior throughout the book to refer to that group.

My question for you is, is there another name that you think would be better, and would just changing that persona to "I'm the homeowner" be less offensive?
