Roth IRA Conversions

Hello, I did a reverse presentation to an FA yesterday and one of the slides was on using the RM for a Roth IRA conversion. She wanted to know if I had additional information i could send on that as well as using the reverse for LTC expenses. Does anyone have additional resources on these topics?
